Welcome to the deep blue of
x-ta-sea divers

X-TA-SEA  Divers are located in a Natura 2000 area as proposed by the EU.  There are many reasons for this, starting from the beach which is surrounded by bushy cedar trees. The diving base is located within a Natura 2000 area as proposed by the EU, because of its natural beauty and the cedar trees which are a protected species.
The Paronaxia straight is characterized by its clear waters and rich marine life.

The visibility may reach 50 meters providing for unforgettable dives and ideal conditions for underwater photographers.  The underwater geomorphology surrounding the island is very interesting and has various niches in which many species of fish find shelter, such as parrotfish, rabbit fish, wrasses, groupers, scorpion fish and sea horses.

In the summer we often see pelagics such as barracudas, tunas and amberjacks.  The invertebrate fauna is characterized by slipper lobsters, crabs, nudibranchs and many beautiful and rare species of bivalves and gastropods.

Seals and dolphins have often been seen around the area along with sea turtles and beautiful sea birds.
Our diving spots are characterized by rich, Mediterranean sea life, very interesting geomorphology and depending on the water, crystal clear visibility, offering varied and rewarding diving for all levels and interests.
